It has been a month of achievements for the Decipher team.
Dominic Huby started working at Decipher back in 2018 as a trainee quantity surveyor. Whilst working as a trainee surveyor, Dom was also studying for his degree in QS. After all his hard work, Dom graduated from the University of Salford with a First-Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying. And with that he is now a fully fledged consultant in Quantum/Commercial.
Bill Bordill has been appointed to CIArb presidential panel of Adjudicators. This is the highest honour to be awarded to an adjudicator. Following that success, he has also been accredited as a NEC professional and has been put on the NEC accreditation register ‘NECReg’.
To finish off this month’s achievements, Decipher once again achieved a silver award from Investors in People. Investors in People was founded back in 1991 as a government project to help make work better. Over the years the project have grown with over 7 million people working in organisations accredited by them.
This award shows the hard work we do at Decipher to improve work life balance better for our employees.
