Bill Bordill is an experienced quantum expert and dispute resolver. He brings insight gained over three decades in senior positions, with both contractor and consultant organisations. Bill operates as the discipline lead for quantity surveying within Decipher Consulting. Combined with his role as an APC Assessor for the RICS, Bill maintains a direct and active involvement with current issues on live projects.

Bill is also a construction adjudicator and a member of the adjudication panel of several appointing bodies. These include the RICS president’s panel of construction adjudicators.

Bill has over 35 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries. He has built a long professional career on a foundation of ‘first principles’. Over his career, Bill has held senior positions within main contractor, subcontractor and manufacturer/suppliers. Bill is experienced and qualified in matters relating to commercial project control, contracts and disputes.

Bill has a strong sense of responsibility and inputs enthusiasm, passion, resilience and integrity to his work. These attributes, combined with the depth of his experience and his natural assertiveness enable him to provide credible and robust, independent expert reports and evidence. Bill is also appointed to receive nominations from several ADR panels/registers.
