Demonstrating Cause and Effect in Delay: Delay analyst Syed Muzaffar will be joined by construction solicitor Charlotte Higham of Squire Patton Boggs for a fireside chat on dealing with delay.
Defects – an Introduction: Structural engineering expert Mark Moppett will cover lessons learnt and sharing tales from his career as an expert witness.
Defects – a Panel Discussion: Mark Moppett will be joined by solicitor Sophie Stevens of Addleshaw Goddard and barrister Alexandra Bodnar of Keating Chambers. The panel will discuss who shoulders the responsibility for defects, how to identify, report and rectify defects plus recent lessons from the courts.
