Tom Stonehewer is a consultant with our quantum and commercial team. He has completed his T Level 3 in Design, Surveying, and Planning at Manchester College and is currently in his third year of a Quantity Surveying degree at Salford University.

Tom continues to develop his knowledge and skills in quantity surveying as part of the Decipher team. He has a long-standing interest in construction, particularly in the design and maintenance of structures. His prior experience includes placements at Spatial Initiative and ISG, where he gained valuable insights into project management and cost control.
