Paul Woodley is a consultant in our London planning and delay team.

Starting his career as a trainee planner for Skanska, Paul gained skills with planning tools and programming. Working with Cambridgeshire County Council, he helped develop their frameworks for 2015-2020.

In 2020, Paul moved into the world of delay analysis. Over the past few years, Paul has been assisting lead experts in analysing delay and preparing expert reports for tribunals.
