Pat Brannigan is a chartered quantity surveyor and CEDR-accredited mediator based in Dublin. As Director for Ireland and Europe, he leads the firm’s growth across these regions.

Pat brings over 20 years of construction experience, having led his own company and delivered a wide range of projects. These include prestigious residential, mixed-use, and government projects across Ireland and the UK. He ensures that quality, safety, programme, and cost objectives are consistently achieved.

Pat’s practical experience gives him a strong understanding of construction disputes, including contractual, insurance, and NHBC matters. As a mediator, he creates a constructive environment where the resolution of disputes is possible.
