Dale Middleton is a Senior Project Manager and part of our technical expert team, based in DeSimone’s London office. Dale has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. This experience includes over a decade on the design, refurbishment and knowledge of building façades across the UK. Throughout this time, he has gained valuable and demonstrated experience in managing the façade design process from concept to construction. 

Dale has an eye for detailing that is matched by his wealth of experience in fire protection within the façades. This has come from his first hand experience from conception, to design stage and through to on-site inspections in this specialised field.  Dale Middleton earned a BSc in Architectural Technology from Northumbria University and more recently completed an MSc in Façade Engineering at the University of West England.  He has also attained an RICS Expert Witness Certificate.
