Bill is a highly experienced quantum expert and adjudicator with over 35 years of experience in the construction and engineering sector, including dispute resolution. Bill has practical insight into commercial project control, contracts, and disputes. As Discipline Lead for Quantity Surveying at Decipher Consulting and an APC Assessor for the RICS, Bill remains actively involved in current industry challenges. He is also on several adjudication panels, including the RICS President’s Panel.
Nikki Sharp of The CIArb as Archbishop Sharp
Nikki s a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with a strong focus on construction law and dispute resolution. Nikki has advised on a wide range of disputes involving contract interpretation, performance bonds, payment issues, and professional negligence.
