Lydia Garside
Lydia Garside has joined Decipher’s planning and delay team as a graduate consultant.
She completed a history degree from the University of Manchester, then went on to complete a master’s in Project Management in Construction at the University of Salford. This took her through how to critically evaluate current construction processes and practices.
Previously she worked as a document controller and as a construction manager. She has over four years of experience in the construction industry. Her previous roles were for main contractors working on residential developments in Manchester city centre. From this, she has developed an understanding of live project operations, technical design, and delay protocol. Her experience gives her a perfect outlook for managing project planning and delays.
She has a keen eye for detail and is always looking to further develop her skills. We look forward to seeing her grow with the Decipher team.
Lydia Garside is based in our Manchester office.
