We are looking for an experienced administrator with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, a keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills, to ensure accurate administration support is provided to facilitate the efficient operation of the company.
Key responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will be able to proactively plan to ensure requirements and deadlines are achieved, calmly react to unforeseen situations to ensure requirements are met, and balance a busy workload to ensure high-quality administration support is provided at all times.
MRICS with 5 – 10 years’ experience. A rounded experience in a variety of construction and engineering projects is required. You will be able to deliver all aspects of pre and post contract services with minimal supervision. Well-developed client-facing skills and time management competency are needed. You’ll have excellent IT and report writing skills. The candidate must have the ability and willingness to assist in coaching and developing the Quantity Surveying team. This is an ideal role for an experienced Senior QS or an intermediate approaching SQS level.
Degree educated with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE. Experienced and passionate, you will have a solid background in pre and post contract project planning using Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 software. You’ll be experienced in either the civil, building or process sectors. Ideally, you’ll have experience in delay analysis, though training can be provided for competent planners. You’ll have well-developed client facing skills. Outstanding time management, excellent IT and report writing skills are also required. The candidate must have the ability and willingness to assist in coaching and developing the Planning team.
