Senior Planner / Delay Analyst

Degree educated with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE. Experienced and passionate, you will have a solid background in pre and post contract project planning using Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 software. You’ll be experienced in either the civil, building or process sectors. Ideally, you’ll have experience in delay analysis, though training can be provided for competent planners. You’ll have well-developed client facing skills. Outstanding time management, excellent IT and report writing skills are also required. The candidate must have the ability and willingness to assist in coaching and developing the Planning team.

Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS with 5 – 10 years’ experience from consultant and contractor backgrounds. A rounded experience in a variety of construction and engineering projects is required. You will be able to deliver all aspects of pre and post contract services with minimal supervision. Well-developed client-facing skills and time management competency are needed. You’ll have excellent IT and report writing skills and a strong attention to detail. The candidate must have the ability and willingness to assist in coaching and developing the Quantity Surveying team. This is an ideal role for an experienced Senior QS or an Quantity Surveyor approaching SQS level.

Quantity Surveyor

MRICS with 3 – 6 years’ experience from consultant and contractor backgrounds. A rounded experience in a variety of construction and engineering projects is required. You will be able to deliver all aspects of pre and post contract services. You will be developing your client-facing skills and have excellent IT and writing skills. Strong time management competency and attention to detail are needed.
