Due to our planned and sustained growth Decipher is now seeking 2 x Senior Quantity Surveyors and 2 x Senior Project Planners / Delay Analysts.
The ideal candidates will have:
MRICS with 5 – 10 years’ experience. A rounded experience in a variety of construction and engineering projects is required. You will be able to deliver all aspects of pre and post contract services with minimal supervision. Well-developed client facing skills, time management competency, excellent IT skills and report writing skills are required. The candidate must have the ability and willingness to assist in coaching and developing the Quantity Surveying team.This is an ideal role for an experienced Senior QS or an intermediate approaching SQS level.
Degree educated with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE. Experienced and passionate, you will have a solid background in pre and post contract project planning using Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6 software. You’ll be experienced in either the civil, building or process sectors and ideally experienced in delay analysis, although training in this area can be provided for competent project planners. Well-developed client facing skills, time management competency, excellent IT skills and report writing skills are required. The candidate must have the ability and willingness to assist in coaching and developing the Planning team.
